Namo Buddha or Takmo Lujin is a very sacred place for the Buddhists. The Stupa situated just off to the downtown Kathmandu is visited by scores of pilgrims every year. There is a legend behind the reverence of this place. According to the Buddhist legend, the King Mahasattva gave his body to a hungry tigress at this place. His reliquary Stupa remained underground for centuries. One day a hermit called Bhagavan (Sakyamuni) came to this site and got attracted to the bulge. It is said that he clapped his hands, and miraculously the Stupa appeared.It is also 3 hours hike from the Dhulikhel.

  Day 01: Meet at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Free day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley such as Boudha Nath, Pashupatinath and Kathmandu Durbar Square (B)
Day 03: Drive to Dhulikel and start hike to Namobuddha 3 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04: Hiking Namo Buddha to Panauti: After breakfast continue walk to the Typical Newari village of Panauti . This traditional Newar settlement has a particularly rural character and a variety of farm products are offered for sale throughout the town. Panauti boasts a large number of fascinating temples. This village is connected to our religion. In history they say that under the ground there is only one large atone on which Panauti village rests. There are also several years old temples. (B.L.D)
Day 05: we take a morning hike to the Panauti areas and drive back to Kathmandu . (B)
